Refund and Returns Policy

At Seajeys Direct, we take the quality and integrity of our products seriously. Because of the sensitive nature of our nutraceutical and peptide products—which require strict climate control and handling to maintain efficacy—we have established a strict Final Sale policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to safety and regulatory guidelines, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once they have been purchased.
  • Quality Assurance: This policy ensures that every product reaching our customers has never left our controlled facility, protecting the integrity and safety of all items.
  • No “Change of Mind”: We do not offer refunds for “ordered in error,” change of mind, or if you decide you no longer want the product after purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us immediately to resolve the issue:

  • Reporting Period: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requirements: Email us at [Your Support Email] with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • All peptides and nutraceuticals.
  • “Sale” or “Clearance” items.
  • Gift cards. 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: In the rare event of an authorized return (such as an incorrect item sent by us), the customer is responsible for trackable return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approval: If a refund is authorized due to a fulfillment error on our part, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days

6. Domestic Shipping Only

  • No International Shipping: Seajeys Direct currently only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
  • Customs & Imports: Because we do not ship internationally, we are not responsible for any items taken abroad by the customer that are subsequently seized, delayed, or destroyed by foreign customs authorities. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure products comply with local laws if they transport them outside the U.S..
